SHIPPING POLICY



All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY •Standard Processing time for hair is within 7 -10. business days. Business days are Monday-Friday •(ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED) No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments
•No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number. •Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made . Only a refund can be issued . There will be a 10% merchant fee deducted from your refund) Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS office.


RETURN POLICY

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees . If you receive your hair and decide that you want to return it for any reason you have 72 hours to do so. Once 72 hours have passed after receiving your order we will not be able to give you a refund .( THE HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WHEN IT WAS SENT OUT ) YOUR REFUND WILL BE DENIED IF THE HAIR IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED) Important Hair care tips are given to all customers . Its the customers responsibility to follow the hair care tips & take care of their hair. The ties on the hair cannot be cut off.(NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON CLIP INS, TAPE INS, OR WIGS )

HOW ARE THE BUNDLES PRICED ? CAN I DO BUNDLE DEALS ? 



Our bundles are priced individually. The price you see when you select the length you want is for one bundle. For example if you would like 3 bundles of 28 inches you would have to add the 3 bundles separately

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED ?

 

12"-16" 2 Bundles , 18"-24" 3 Bundles , 26"-32" 4 Bundles 

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN AFTER BEING SHIPPED OUT ?

 

 We offer route protection to all of our customers that is automatically added to your tracking number . This protection ensures that if anything happens to your package while it’s on the way to you it will be fully covered by them. If your package is lost or stolen, you will have to contact USPS to open an investigation. when you place an order on our website. You can contact them directly. Please note once we ship your order out and it’s in possession of USPS ,We have no control over any lost packages.TCE Raw Extentions is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once in possession of USPS.
